It is very important for you to log on as often as you can, recruiters do look for active job seekers and your last login can tell them if you are an active seeker or not!

Search for different Keywords
When searching for a job, try different key words and job titles. For example, if you are skilled in PHP, HTML, Web Design. You can Search for a PHP Position, PHP Developer, PHP Programmer, PHP Trainer, Web Design, HTML Programmer and much more. If you are an ILI student, discuss your career ambitions with your Instructor.

Always Make out Time
Forget what anyone tells you, there are IT jobs out there. Job hunting requires time and effort.  In today's job Market, you will have to look a harder. Use Job Search Agents, Submit your resume to jobs that match your skills. Make a commitment to submit to about 10 or more qualifying Jobs a day. If you get even one lead, it is a success. Always remember to discuss your skills with confidence when recruiters contact you.

Consider Being Flexible
If you are flexible about relocating, accepting contract/consulting  jobs. You may find that it will widen your options. Also, flexibility may mean taking a different job title that may not be what you are used to.
